Platform purpose

WizTradeX provides educational tools and services including trading education, simulated paper trading, and analytical and learning tools. The Platform is for educational purposes only. It is not a financial, investment, legal, or tax advisory service. Access through authorized educational institutions is permitted only for students or employees under their supervision.

No financial advice

• WizTradeX is not a registered financial advisor, broker, or fiduciary.
• All content on the Platform is educational only.
• Users are responsible for their own financial decisions and should consult licensed professionals before making investments or trades.

Simulated trading disclaimer

• Trades conducted on the Platform are simulated.
• Results do not reflect real market conditions or future performance.
• The Platform does not guarantee access to real-time market data.
• Past performance, simulated or otherwise, is not indicative of future results.
• WizTradeX is not responsible for errors, downtime, or data inaccuracies.

Eligibility

• Users must be 18 years or older unless access is provided by an authorized institution.
• Minors under 18 may use the Platform only with supervision by a teacher, school, or authorized institution representative.

Account use and responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate information when creating an account.
• Keep login credentials secure and confidential.
• Not misuse or disrupt the Platform or its infrastructure.
• Not attempt unauthorized access to accounts or systems.
• Not use the Platform for unlawful purposes.
• Not copy, reproduce, distribute, or sell Platform content without permission.

B2B & institutional access

• Institutions providing Platform access to students/employees are responsible for ensuring compliance with these Terms and all applicable laws.
• Institutions may not use the Platform for commercial trading purposes; access is for educational use only.

Intellectual property

• All content, trademarks, logos, software, and materials on the Platform are owned by WizTradeX, Inc.
• No content may be copied, modified, distributed, or used commercially without prior written consent.

Account termination

WizTradeX reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts at our discretion for:

• Violations of these Terms
• Misuse of the Platform
• Unlawful activity

Termination may occur immediately without notice.

Limitation of liability

• To the maximum extent permitted by law, WizTradeX, its affiliates, officers, directors, and employees are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform.
• This includes losses related to simulated trading, financial decisions, data inaccuracies, downtime, or reliance on Platform content.
• Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations of liability; if so, certain limitations may not apply.

Modifications to terms

• WizTradeX may modify these Terms at any time.
• Significant changes will be communicated via email or platform notification.
• Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.

Governing law and dispute resolution

• These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
• Disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved in the courts located in Delaware.

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review it carefully.
